Shining & Park Law LLP’s founder Carolin Shining has been appointed as a member of the Consumer Attorneys of California Board of Governors for 2025. Consumer Attorneys of California (CAOC) is a professional organization that represents the interests of 39 million Californians. Our member-attorneys stand for plaintiffs seeking accountability from those who do wrong. CAOC maintains a vigilant presence in Sacramento with a team of legislative advocates who continually fight to ensure that our courts remain accessible to all and to level the playing field for underdog consumers facing wealthy and powerful foes. Carolin’s advocacy has been honored by CAOC by being awarded their Presidential Awards for 2021 and 2022. She looks forward to continuing these efforts and leading the way for consumers in legislation and public policy.
