Brian (Dae Shin) Park focuses primarily on civil litigation, with a specialized emphasis on employment, trust litigation, contested conservatorships. Brian also is experienced in preparation of wills, trusts, asset protection and estate planning.

Bar Admissions:

Brian was admitted to the California Bar in 2007, and since then, he has been an active member of several professional associations, including the National Institute for Trial Advocacy (NITA), National Network of Estate Planning Attorneys (NNEPA), WealthCounsel, Beverly Hills Bar Association, Los Angeles County Bar Association, and the Korean American Bar Association.

Published Works and Honors:

His contributions to legal scholarship include a Case Note published in Vol. 26:4 of the Whittier Law Review. Brian's commitment to excellence is evident through his honors, including serving as the Executive Editor of the Whittier Law Review, being a part of the Moot Court Honors Board, and graduating Cum Laude with a JD. He consistently earned a place on the Dean's List & Honor Roll from 2003 to 2006.

Professional Experience:

Brian's wealth of experience spans serving as General Counsel for a Fortune 500 recruitment firm with over 50,000 employees. In this role, he played a pivotal role in developing corporate policies, procedures, and programs, while also providing key counsel on major business transactions. He has successfully represented clients in various legal matters, such as litigating and enforcing judgments related to trademark and contract breaches in million-dollar settlements, representing individual plaintiffs in breach of contract, probate, elder abuse, and trust litigation.

Brian has also worked internationally, serving as a Korean Language contract attorney, assisting in the depositions of key witnesses in South Korea for an international patent infringement litigation case. His diverse portfolio includes representing leading insurance companies in insurance defense and bad faith litigation, as well as providing counsel to individual and small to mid-sized businesses in tax planning, estate planning, and asset protection.

Language Proficiency:

In addition to his legal prowess, Brian is fluent in Korean, Spanish, and English, enabling him to communicate effectively with a broad and diverse clientele.
